Nijun
Nijun is a minimalistic, reflex-based infinite runner where you control some sort of ninja and press buttons to deflect shurikens flying at you. The objective is to press the corresponding button to deflect a shuriken of the respective color and survive as long as possible.
This game was made for the Mini Jam 74, where the theme was Chaos and games had to be made with a specific, limited control scheme. I also gave myself an extra limitation of making all of the graphical assets using only the 4 colors of the CGA palette. You'll only see 3 total colors in use, though, since I ended up not using the white color for any assets. It's all black, pink and cyan.
Controls:
A - Punch (deflects pink projectiles)
X - Kick (deflects cyan projectiles)
Space - Reset

Ihan hyvin tehty
Kiitoksia. :)
Gave it a little run, very fun simple game, the theme of the game is chaos, it is indeed very chaotic with the different speed projectiles so mission accomplished on that, I know this is a minijam game but I would have liked a way to track my highest score.
Good mini game overall really liked the color scheme.
I did try to implement a score counter, but I had to scrap it when I started running into problems where it wouldn't display in-game. Don't know if I messed up importing the graphics for it or if it's something else that went wrong. Thanks at any rate. c:
